b This project replaces one originally approved in the 2019-20 Budget Act for preliminary plans and working drawings, with construction initially funded in the 2020-21 Budget Act. The revised project is due to a mandate by the Division of the State Architect to implement additional seismic upgrades to the building. State costs for all years are $4.9 million higher than the amount approved in 2020-21 and total costs are $9.8 million higher. | ||||||
