Specifically, Control Section 4.05 reduced the State Library's ongoing General Fund support by $2.4 million beginning in 2024-25. Savings associated with the Control Section 4.12 vacant position sweep totaled $1.2 million beginning in 2024-25. The table reflects how the California State Library distributed the cuts across their operations.
