a The 2025-26 Budget Act included a payment deferral from 2025-26 to 2026-27. The 2026-27 budget restores UC's base funding so that the size of the deferral does not grow.
b Consists of $30 million for 2026-27 and $31 million delayed from 2025–26.
c The 2026-27 budget redirects a share of each of UC's base increases to ANR. ANR receives 2.1 percent of UC's base funding increases.
