| Note: The 2022-23 Budget Act provided $81 million for CSU to grow resident undergraduate enrollment by 9,434 FTE students—bringing CSU's total funded resident undergraduate enrollment to 349,903 FTE students. We use this as the starting funded enrollment level upon which we add the enrollment growth expectations set forth in the Governor's compact. Under the Governor's compact, CSU is expected to increase resident undergraduate enrollment by 14,000 FTE students over the four-year period from 2023-24 to 2026-27. We hold CSU's funded enrollment level held flat in 2025-26 given the absence of compact funding. | |||
