| Finding or Recommendation: | Require the administration to present at budget hearings a detailed plan on how the proposed $811 million in savings in inmate medical operations under the control of the federal-court appointed Receiver will be achieved. Also, fund in the budget year only those information technology projects proposed by the Receiver that are deemed to be the most critical. |
